Astronomy Day

Join us on a celestial adventure as we celebrate all things astronomy on November 30. Learn about how many stars make up the infamous Big Dipper, when we’ll be on the moon next and be the first to watch our latest OMNIMAX® Theatre experience Apollo 11: First Steps Edition.
As part of the general admissions ticket for this day, guests can:
– Learn the constellations and test your memory by designing flash cards at our activity tables on the second floor
– Learn about future moon missions from former space journalist and NASA/JPL Solar System Ambassador Matthew Borghese in the Science Theatre
– Watch Apollo 11: First Steps Edition at 12pm, 2pm or 4pm at the OMNIMAX Theatre (tickets are an additional $6.50)
