BC Cancer Research Day 2026
Join researchers and trainees from across the BC Cancer community for a full day of scientific presentations, networking, trainee talks, and poster sessions.
Important Deadlines
Trainee talk abstract submission: August 14, 2026
Poster abstract submission: August 28, 2026
General registration: September 10, 2026
Poster sessions will take place in the afternoon, while trainee talks will be held throughout the day. Each trainee talk will include approximately 10 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions.
Anyone affiliated with BC Cancer, the Vancouver Prostate Centre, iCORD, Canada’s Michael Smith Genome Sciences Centre, BC Children’s Hospital, or UBC may register and submit a poster abstract. Trainee talks are open to MSc students, PhD students, and postdoctoral fellows affiliated with BC Cancer.
