| The Discovery Foundation and the Student Biotechnology Network are pleased to invite you to our first event of the 2017-2018 season, Building Biotech! Are you curious about the current challenges in biotech and how you can help overcome them? Join us on September 28th at the beautiful Coast Coal Harbour Hotel for a business formal event focused on the challenges and opportunities in biotech, both in and out of Canada. This event is an excellent opportunity to learn more about the companies and careers within the local biotech industry. Also, you will be able to easily make new connections with industry professionals and other enthusiastic students through a casual networking session, followed by a delicious three course dinner and an informative panel discussion. Early bird ticket pricing is now available until September 10th, along with an additional discount for all SBN members. Each ticket includes a three course dinner with various entrée options and complimentary non-alcoholic punch.
