Diversify Research

FreeThe British Columbia Cancer Agency Graduate Student and Post Doctoral Fellow Society has created the event “Diversify Research” in order to encourage BIPOC and LGBTQIA2S+ students to pursue science and cancer research.
We are inviting 11th and 12th-grade high school students to learn the fundamentals of cancer and cancer research from graduate students and postdoctoral fellow mentors.
Several modules will be taught online previous to the in-person date.
On August 18th, there will be an in-person day where the students can visit the Research Institute to see the laboratories.
