Health xChange Vancouver

FreeOn June 16, 2022 (4 – 6 p.m.), Health Research BC, SFU and Vancouver Foundation will host the fourth annual Health xChange and first Canadian Knowledge Mobilization Forum networking event, asking: “How can youth-led and youth-engaged approaches help to re-define research and knowledge?”
Using a PechaKucha format (20 slides, shown for 20 seconds each), presenters will share stories about how their youth-engaged* research can improve health, social, and/or economic wellbeing for young people.
*research led by or done in meaningful collaboration with youth (12 to 29 years)
Led by Tanvi Bhatia, writer, facilitator, and Geist magazine’s associate editor, this evening will be a chance to learn from and network with BC youth, researchers, policy-makers and knowledge users who are passionate about using research to improve the wellbeing of young people.
Tickets are by donation! Complimentary tickets are available for youth, students, patient representatives, and others for whom the ticket cost is a barrier to attendance. Light refreshments will be served!
