This two-day, in-person course covers more advanced procedures within the mouse intestinal organoid workflow. This includes how to efficiently isolate intestinal crypts from mouse small intestine, the culture of organoids using a defined serum-free medium, as well as common downstream applications. Over half of the course will be devoted to hands-­on laboratory techniques lead by expert scientists and educators from STEMCELL Technologies. Personalized instruction will provide participants with a thorough understanding of intestinal organoid research practices as well as hands-on skills to confidently establish, maintain and evaluate mouse intestinal organoid cultures.
