MSL Virtual Poster Session
June 29, 2021 - 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Kick off the summer season with our first ever Virtual Poster Session on June 29th, from 3:00-4:30pm! This is a fantastic opportunity for researchers (grad students, postdocs, research associates, technicians, or other) to share research progress and reconnect with fellow researchers outside their immediate group.
How do virtual poster sessions work?
- Each presenter will prepare a digital poster presentation.
- Presentation sessions will run for 8 minutes (3-5 minutes/presentation and 3 mins for Q&A).
- The audience will circulate to the different posters via breakout rooms in Zoom. Sessions will rotate every 10 minutes, so you will have a chance to visit 6 posters.
- We will regroup afterwards and hand out a few prizes!
