Pars for Prostate Fundraiser
Prostate Cancer Foundation BC is proud to present our second annual golf tournament. This project idea was brought to us by a man whose father was diagnosed with Stage 4 prostate cancer 5 years ago. The father is still doing well, and we are finally able to say that this is an annual event. Join us during Prostate Cancer Awareness month for our second golf tournament.
One in eight Canadian men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime. On average 66 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer every day and 12 men lose their life to this disease daily.
Every level of golf player is welcome at the Pars for Prostate tournament. In order to facilitate a smooth running tournament we are running this event with a Texas Scramble format with a shotgun start.
