PTx 2026 will be held December 7-8, 2026 in Vancouver, BC. The theme of the symposium will be Immune Systems in Disease. The symposium will focus on the recent advances in immunogenomics, bioengineering, artificial intelligence, and precision medicine and their application to the understanding, prediction, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of the growing number of immune disorders across the spectrum from transplantation and autoimmunity to virology, and oncology.

The symposium will showcase emerging scientific discoveries, transformative technologies, and clinical innovations that are shaping the future of immune health. It will also highlight the BC Network of Excellence in Immune Sciences, a collaborative initiative engaging academia, industry and government which is aimed at accelerating research translation, fostering strategic partnerships, and improving patient outcomes through data-driven precision medicine approaches to personalized care.

Mark your calendars, and follow our website announcements and social media! Symposium attendance for in-person participation will be free of charge, and by invitation-only. Invitations have started to roll out to our network – if you have not received one but would like to attend in person, please email us at precision.transplantation@ubc.ca. Interested general public – students, patients, interested researchers from other fields – can also participate, via an online platform – the registration link will be shared here later.
