Join Dr. Paul Adams, director of the KPU Applied Genomics Centre (AGC), as he dives into the fundamentals of genetics, how genetic technology and tools have drastically evolved over the past several decades, and the implications of these advances for innovation and sustainability for BC’s agriculture sectors and beyond.
After the talk, enjoy interactive stations where you can engage with researchers and students from the AGC. Light refreshments and beverages will also be served.
