UBC PDA Kayaking
August 12, 2017 - 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Join us for our upcoming 2-hours kayaking trip at Deep Cove (http://www.deepcovekayak.com/) in North Vancouver on Saturday, August 12 from 3-5pm (rain or shine). We have booked some double kayaks. Rental rates include equipment and a short introduction to the equipment and safety features.
Cost: $30.80 per person (including GST and PST). Please note that payment is required to secure your place. Unfortunately, due to space limitations, refunds will not be possible.
RSVP by Wednesday, August 9. Places will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
Travel info: We need to check in at the Deep Cove Kayak Centre (2156 Banbury Rd, North Vancouver) 30 minutes prior to the start of our activity!
– If you want to meet the PDA group in Downtown Vancouver to travel together by transit: We will meet at 1:20pm at the Burrard Station at Bay 2. We catch bus #211 (towards Seymour) which departs at 1:36pm. The ride takes 48 minutes and we get off at SB Panorama Dr NS Naughton Ave.
– If you are driving, it is recommended leaving an extra 20 minutes (in addition to the 30 minutes) to find parking, especially on sunny days. See the parking map here.
